GROUP FITNESS TRAINING IS FUN!
Have you ever thought to participate in one of the group
training programs? We are inviting you to give it a try. We have highly
professional trainers who will run the group training and you will meet
like-minded people just like you to have fun with.
Some of the programs are by Les Mills, such as Body Pump,
Body Step, Body Combat or Body Balance. But there are also many other
group-training programs that we run. Every one is specifically tailored to your
desires or requirements.
You might for example wish to improve and change the shape of
your body with a non-impact weight class that also strengthens your body. You
might even want to learn to control your entire nervous system. There are many
