Massage services
• Remedial - this includes a pre-assessment followed by the treatment of deep tissue and remedial massage, joint loosening and stretching. The treatment will conclude with a post assessment. Your massage practitioner will assess your condition and determine if an ongoing treatment plan is needed.
• Sports - this treatment is specially designed for congested and aching muscles. It can be specifically tailored to problem areas.
• Relaxation - an all over body massage, designed to relieve stress and promote relaxation.
