PILATES REFORMER CLASSES COMING SOON

Reformer Pilates can help improve and maintain overall physical fitness – leading to greater strength, flexibility and balance, which in turn improve posture, movement and mental health. Reformer Pilates should form a key component to any person wanting to improve their overall fitness

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT

During the first week, you might experience a few muscle aches and pains. That's normal – you'll be using muscles you may not have worked for some time. Just take it at your own pace and remember to have a rest day now and then. Try all the different cardio machines, take your time exploring all the resistance machines, and don't forget to check out the group fitness timetable. A Pilates or Body Balance class might be just what you need to soothe those aching muscles!

By the end of the first month, you'll know exactly what you're doing and will have hopefully met some new gym buddies. Keep things interesting by trying different classes, mixing up your workouts and challenging yourself. If you're not feeling confident in what you're doing, or need some extra motivation, book a few sessions with a Personal Trainer – they're always available to give your workout an extra boost!

By scheduling in your gym sessions and making them part of your weekly routine, you'll give yourself the best shot at reaching your health goals and feeling on top of the world!
